Frequently asked questions

How is a golf handicap calculated?

Each round's differential = (adjusted score − course rating) × 113 ÷ slope. Your index averages your best recent differentials.

What is slope rating?

A measure of a course's difficulty for a bogey golfer, from 55 to 155 (113 is average). Higher slope means a harder course.
